Architectural Review Committee - ARC

Exterior Modifications:  The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions require any exterior change to a home in the Borneham Wood Community to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) prior to start of such change.  Examples include, but are not limited to, decks, fence extensions and enclosures, extensive landscaping, painting, and removal of existing structures.
